For this home to be successful, the flow and layout of the existing house had to be reconfigured along with increasing the size of the home.

The brief was to be fresh, modern, have WOW factor with no bling, which we believe was achieved. The home now has a large rear lounge extension that flows out to an undercover entertaining area, swimming pool and lawn area.

The existing house was fully renovated to accommodate 4 bedrooms, en-suite, WIR, study, 2 bathrooms, powder room, rumpus room, kitchen, butler’s pantry, dining room and laundry. There are a number of key design features throughout this home, including a new open riser black butt timber staircase, glazed roof to dining area and black butt solid timber flooring throughout.

We collaborated with Smashing Spaces Interior Design on this project to achieve the high level of interior design and styling this job required to be successful.
