We are very grateful to be chosen to work on this unique project.

​

This 1950"s Architect designed public building was originally located in the heart of Bendigo's Rosalind Park and used as a creche amongst other uses in its time.

​

it fell in to disrepair and our clients bought it in a public auction.

​

They relocated it to this site and elevated it on steel stilts to capture views over Greater Bendigo National Park.

​

We were engaged to transform this heritage listed building into a 5 bedroom home residence.

​

The existing building is being carefully & respectfully restored and now forms the first floor with open plan living / dining / kitchen area which flows out to the first floor cantilevered pool area and alfresco.

​

We also created a ground floor level under with entry hall, staircase, double garage, games room & bar area.

​

A glass pyramid will provide the crown on top of this wonderful project.
