This 100m2 rear extension project’s main focus was creating a split level, 2 zone living area with open plan dining area & kitchen that flowed seamlessly into the rear garden deck and sunken lounge areas.

The clients requested a large lawn area to be the main aspect from the home for their young family to run around on and enjoy. We also incorporated a central atrium to flood natural light into the centre of the house.

This is also a beautiful feature day and night with the Japanese maple and wall mounted planter boxes.
