This existing heritage brick home in the heart of Camberwell Junction has been fully renovated and extended.

 

The main 120m2 rear extension will form the east wing of the home, incorporating open plan living room, dining, kitchen, separate tv room and 2 outdoor entertaining areas.

The extensions are modern in form and function with polished concrete floors, black metal cladding and reclaimed brickwork being the feature materials.

 

The existing part of the house will become the sleeping wing with 3 bedrooms, en-suite, WIR, study and bathroom.

This Project was a finalist in the Master Builders Association for best extension renovation project in Victoria under $1million
