The brief was to provide a beach house design that emulates a 1950's beach shack but for modern day living.

We feel we have successfully achieved this brief with this design.

​

The design incorporates 3 bedrooms with open plan living /dining/ kitchen area. 

​

The home is located on the Great Ocean Road, 50m to the beach with spectacular views over the Ocean from both the open plan living area and master bedroom.
