The brief was to replace the existing tired looking extension with a new contemporary design.

The new design re-uses the existing concrete slab to save significant money for the clients. 

​

We have significantly improved the internal spatial design with strategically placed glazing to ensure the extension has improved daylight levels throughout the day.

The existing home will also be renovated throughout.
