The brief was to replace the existing small home with a larger contemporary beach house design in the heart of Apollo Bay.
The design incorporates 4 bedrooms with open plan living /dining/ kitchen area at first floor level to capture views of the township and ocean.
The muted colour palette of green and brown tones sits beautifully within the landscape and creates a point of difference to the surrounding grey/ black clad properties.
