The brief was to provide a front extension to improve street appeal to the existing home as well as increasing the floor area.

The extension accommodates at ground floor a new master bed suite with WIR and en-suite, new entry and office. The first floor has an entertaining terrace area that can be closed off in bad weather for all year use.
